Spacer Block

The Spacers is a major structural element constructed with pipe sleeves in each chord to provide connectivity to frame and other blocks and to offer connections for perimeter walls or interior elements.

	This drawing illustrates a Full-Spacer Block. Precision casting ensures dimensional integrity. All LadderBlocks are manufactured year round in a quality controlled factory environment rather than on the job site. This block is also offered as Half-Spacer Bottom and Half-Spacer Top to accommodate the need for the chord to run along the bottom and the top of a structure.
Full-Spacer Blocks provide connectivity for Frame Blocks between floors. Half-Spacer Bottoms are used here below the Full-Spacer to provide the bottom chord for the first floor.
