Sculpted FloorBlock™

Sculpted FloorBlock is designed to interlock with the primary structural module to provide a precision concrete floor system. FloorBlocks allow the erected block to serve as an interior finished floor without the need for a secondary casting.

 

FloorBlock is offered in standard dimension as

English version:  8 ' 4"  by 16' 8" 

Metric version: 2.5 meters by 5 meter

This component can also be cast in custom length to accommodate special applications such as cantilevered floor.
The leave-outs are 8-inch square and are used as the lifting points enabling FloorBlock to be set into place tightly against each other.
The underside of Sculpted FloorBlock creates a very attractive ceiling for the floor below.
