The LadderBlock
business was launched in 2003 with the formation of P.E.
Building Systems, Inc. (PEBS), an Austin, Texas (USA) based
company that is transforming the way commercial and
residential buildings are constructed.
David W. Powell, P.E. is the
inventor of LadderBlock. He and his wife, Lisa Powell, P.E.,
founded P.E. Structural Consultants in 1992. The key concepts
related to LadderBlock grew out of "real world" needs he had
repeatedly experienced during his 20+ years experience as a
structural engineer.
iCON Building Systems, Pte.
Ltd., a Singapore based company, was established in 2006,
to focus on global markets outside of the US, Canada and Mexico.
LadderBlock has a number of
attributes that have the potential to dramatically change the
construction industry.

Leslie
(Les) E. Wyatt,
PEBS Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Wyatt is a founding investor
in P.E. Building Systems, Inc. and has over 30 years of business
experience. Mr. Wyatt also serves as the Chairman of the PEBS
Board of Directors.
Prior to joining PEBS, Mr. Wyatt
was VP and General Manager of Harris Software Systems based in
Denver, Colorado. Prior to the Harris role, he was Group
VP of PeopleSoft, Inc. where he was General Manager of the
Manufacturing Products Division. Prior to the merger with
PeopleSoft, Mr. Wyatt was Chief Marketing Officer for J.D.
Edwards, Inc., an enterprise software company based in Denver,
Colorado.
Mr. Wyatt has extensive
experience in forming strategic alliances, managing
geographically distributed organizations, and being a key
interface to the investment community. In the early 1980’s Mr.
Wyatt designed and created software, specifically for the
construction industry, to reduce time and increase accuracy for
material takeoffs.
In addition to the Harris and
PeopleSoft roles, Mr. Wyatt spent over 20 years with Texas
Instruments, Inc. and held executive positions with Harbinger
Corporation; Cooperative Computing, Inc.; and Applied Small
Business Concepts. His education background includes: a B.S.
degree in Mathematics (1974) and a M. S. degree in Computer
Science (1976), both earned from Arizona State University,
Tempe, AZ, USA.

David W. Powell,
PEBS Founder and iCON Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Powell had the original
vision for a faster more flexible way to build concrete
structures and is the inventor of the LadderBlock building
system. He is a founding investor and majority owner in P.E.
Building Systems, Inc.
He received his M.S. in
Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in
1987 and his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the
University of Texas at Austin in 1985. He is a registered
Professional Engineer in both Texas (P. E. 69517) and North
Carolina (P. E. 26223). Mr. Powell has established a reputation
for solid engineering and innovation in the construction
industry.
P.E. Structural Consultants is a
very successful firm that Mr. Powell and his wife (Lisa)
founded. They currently have a staff of 14 engineers, CAD
technicians, and support staff that provides architectural
engineering and structural engineering services for both
building structures and bridges. P.E. Structural Consultants has
a reputation for technical excellence and innovation in the
design and detailing of building and bridge structures. Some of

Roger D. Wyatt, PhD,
iCON Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Wyatt is a founding investor
in the PEBS and the LadderBlock technology.
Dr. Wyatt has 18 years of
management experience working at various levels in the
pharmaceutical business. He has experience in both established
and startup companies. He has held technical development,
marketing and general management positions at Pittman Moore,
Inc., P.E. Building Systems, Inc. and Bristol Meyers Squibb,
Inc.
Dr. Wyatt has significant
experience in launching new businesses having led the startup of
four companies: Agennix, Inc.; Encarich Development, Ltd.
(merged with Fernz Ltd, NZ); Immuno Modulator Laboratories
(merged with Granada Corp.); and Teleios Learning Centers, Inc.
(ongoing concern). Dr. Wyatt was a co-founder and held the
position of CEO in three of these concerns.
He received a B.S. degree from
West Texas State University, Canyon, TX, USA; M.S. and PhD
degrees in nutrition and biochemistry from Oklahoma State
University, Stillwater, OK, USA; and he earned an MBA degree
from the Stanford University, Graduate School of Business,
Stanford, CA, USA where he was an Alfred P. Sloan Fellow in the
Executive MBA program.

Henry (Juny) Armus,
President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Armus is a founding investor
in P.E. Building Systems, Inc.
Mr. Armus has over 30 years of
experience in marketing, R&D, business development, management
and professional services. He has worked for companies such as
S1, the leader in Internet Banking Software, where he led two
different high visibility initiatives. At S1, Mr. Armus led the
professional services team for the community and regional banks
and he led the product management team for the definition of its
next generation banking software.
Prior to S1, Mr. Armus spent 8
years at CCI/Triad where he launched a new business unit and led
development and marketing of a innovative series of products for
the auto repair market. He also held senior marketing and R&D
positions during his 19 years at Texas Instruments, Inc.
Mr. Armus received his B. A.
degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University
of Texas at Austin in 1971.
