A company out to dramatically change
the construction industry:

The LadderBlock business was launched in 2003 with the formation of P.E. Building Systems, Inc. (PEBS), an Austin, Texas (USA) based company that is  transforming the way commercial and residential buildings are constructed.

David W. Powell, P.E. is the inventor of LadderBlock. He and his wife, Lisa Powell, P.E., founded P.E. Structural Consultants in 1992. The key concepts related to LadderBlock grew out of "real world" needs he had repeatedly experienced during his 20+ years experience as a structural engineer.

iCON Building Systems, Pte. Ltd., a Singapore based company, was established in 2006,  to focus on global markets outside of the US, Canada and Mexico.

LadderBlock has a number of attributes that have the potential to dramatically change the construction industry.
